Our personas

We offer four ways to work called personas. Each persona provides you the flexibility you need to manage your professional goals with your personal life. Not all roles are eligible for every persona. Please see the job posting to see which personas are offered for that role. 
Flex
  • In office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 
  • When in office, can reserve a bookable workspace 
  • Flex workers are provided with a provided a headset, docking station, monitor, keyboard and mouse to use from home
  • Flex workers are eligible to receive a commuter benefit subsidy up to $275 each month to use toward parking and transit to and from our offices (excludes interns)
  • *Some associates are eligible for reduced in-office expectations based on criteria such as mileage, role, etc.
eWorker
  • In office 0-3 days per month, as determined by their leader
  • eWorkers are provided with a headset, docking station, monitor, keyboard and mouse to use from home
  • eWorkers may be reimbursed for travel expenses accrued when commuting to the office
  • eWorkers are eligible to receive a monthly $50 eWorker stipend (excludes interns)
Mobile
  • In office 1-3 days per week as determined by their leader
  • When in office, can reserve a bookable workspace 
  • Mobile workers are provided with a will provide a headset, docking station, monitor, keyboard and mouse to use from home
  • Mobile workers are eligible to receive a commuter benefit subsidy up to $275 each month to use toward parking and transit to and from our offices (excludes interns)
Resident
  • In office 4-5 days per week, as determined by their leader
  • Have assigned workspace (must meet minimum in-office expectations)
  • Residents are eligible to receive a commuter benefit subsidy up to $275 each month to use toward parking and transit to and from our offices (excludes interns)

Our flexible hybrid work model allows associates of any persona or location to stay connected to each other and the community. Through virtual volunteer opportunities, honest conversations with our 10 Employee Resource Groups, mental health chats, diversity dialogues where we celebrate and listen to our associates and allies. We have monthly company connects with Senior Leadership to stay informed and connected with leadership and have transparency.
